Kathleen received her Juris Doctor Degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She has been practicing for over 25 years in the areas of ERISA, employee benefits and executive compensation advising both public and privately held companies on all aspects of tax-qualified plans, non-qualified plans and welfare plans, including plan design and administration, fiduciary matters, prohibited transactions, plan terminations, defined benefit plan “de-risking”, Affordable Care Act compliance, government audits and voluntary corrections. Her practice also involves benefits issues arising in business transactions.
Kathleen is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. She currently serves on the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation and is a past Secretary and Health and Welfare Plan Subcommittee chairperson.
